Rome. Titus Andronicus returns a victorious warlord, but soon begins to sow the seeds for his own destruction. Forced to the brink of madness and made to stare in to the blackest pit of despair following the desecration of his family, Titus swears bloody retribution. And bloody it is.

The most visceral of Shakespeare’s plays, Titus Andronicus is also one of the most darkly humorous. Not for the faint hearted, this contemporisation of Titus catapults the audience headfirst into a surreal and horrific world of violence and vengeance. This is Shakespeare for the dystopian generation.
