Law Revue
Presented by The University of Sydney Union
You tell your friend that their girlfriend is hot and they say it's their sister. You ask where they did their summer internship and they tell you they didn't get one. A collegue says 'hi' and you reply 'good'. You meet the US President and you call him Osama. You meet Osama and he calls you Shirley. You're Greenpeace now that Japan has the sympathy of the international community. You're a third wheel on a date, a date at a sour fruit summit, a summit in the tundra, where they hate wheels.
You are creating your own social network, and the bigger it gets, the more you realise: its rubbish.
The 2011 Law Revue is an explosion of sketches, razor sharp satire, punchy parodies and gleeful gags. A spectacular stage show of big song and dance numbers. A tradition of bright young things bursting with creativity performing on stage...before selling out and becoming corporate lawyers.
The Socially Awkward Network is the University of Sydney's Law Revue for 2011.
